This was the best burger I've had in years. With every bite you could taste the freshness and taste of the burger and produce. I built my own with pepper jack, tomatoes, grilled onions, jalapenos, definitely add that bacon, and some BBQ sauce. .....That burger was so delicious I couldn't put it down! I loved it so much that I know I am coming back for more. Before we left, Calvin the owner stopped us and gave us some amazing education on the process of the product and how it gets to our table. His jerky is probably the best jerky I have ever had. He even gave us a taste of the pulled lamb and that was so delicious and fresh. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had within the farmers market and I'm so happy to come back and try even more!
One of the best burgers I've had in Texas. It beats Five guys and Twin peaks. (My personal opinion) You have the choice of beef or pork bacon. The cheesecake is also awesome. The owner is pretty cool and attentive to the customers order. Try it out I promise you'll it.
The food was so amazing, exceeded our expectations. The Spicy Philly steak and grilled cheese pulled pork did not disappoint. Great flavor, not greasy and the perfect heat. The French fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside. The beverages were ice cold.

Raphael delivered outstanding service with genuine hospitality that made the experience even better. I ordered the lamb burger with beef bacon (yes, beef bacon) and it was absolutely mouthwatering! The meat was sourced fresh from the neighboring American Butcher shop, and it seriously took me back to the fresh, natural lamb I used to get from my trusted Philly butchers — no exaggeration. Whether you’re stopping by for a midday bite, looking to sip on a unique specialty beer, or just soaking in the good energy, Beyond the Butcher is a must-visit. They’ve got flavors and vibes for any occasion — casual or celebratory. Don’t miss it!
So glad I found this Dallas gem! Everything on the menu looked incredible but I was lucky to try their pork chop special which was cooked to perfection with a side of brussels. Rafael was so down to earth and we got to chatting about his local sourcing of meats (which is so important to me). This is a MUST TRY for people who love quality meat, good food, and a great person running the business. Thanks again!
The food is delicious and fresh! one of the best meals I had while visiting Dallas! The chef gave recommendations on the menu and we decided on the smoked french dip, loaded fries, and chili. Everything came out SO good! All the employees were extremely kind. I would be sure to stop by again next time i’m in Dallas!

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I had Texas Burger and Texas Cuban and we both loved Texas Cuban. Of course the burger was good too but the Cuban sandwitch.. is another level! So so good. It is the best food I've ever had in the US. Texas Cuban is a bit spicy though but I love Spicy so I loved it. And the beers were good too. If you are looking for a place to have a good meal at Dalls Farmers Market, this is the place you should go. The staffs are super friendly too. Thank Beyond The Butchers for the great food and time! We will come back next time we come to Dallas. :-)
